You will ship the equipment to our depot facility for repair service. Shipping costs to our location are your responsibility. We quickly evaluate the unit(s) and notify you electronically that an online estimate is available for approval. Normal turnaround time is 2 to 4 working days excluding transit time.
Our standard charge for T&M repairs is $50/hour plus parts for scanners and portables, $75/hour plus parts for printers. Loading customer software is provided for $15/unit. For guaranteed same day turnaround, an expedite fee of $35/unit is charged. YOUR ONLY RISK IS, if you choose not to repair the unit, is a flat $25 plus shipping to return your unit.
