Dear Debbie
More than a month has elapsed
since you completed the revision of the web site addressing TxO2 emergency
oxygen. Although, I was extremely happy with the final result, I wanted
to wait and see how it "worked" before I commented on the
design.
The web site prior to revision
was simply a "mess". A goodly amount of Information was on
the web site, but it was presented without any structure. Further, the
web site was not searchable. Your redesign and suggestions for presentation
were instrumental in finalizing a favorable design.
What I find of interest is
the way in which the web site is being used. As we are talking with
our clients, we often refer them to the web site. They can review, in
real time, the products, articles and information about the need for
emergency oxygen in response to sudden cardiac arrest. The web design
allows for quick access and facilitates discussion.
One lawyer involved in a
sudden cardiac arrest case in Illinois found the articles on the web
site and called. Without your creative design and format, this would
not have happened.
Thank you for your efforts.
Very truly
yours,
Russell Brewer
