Step By Step Learning - Redesigned the web site to make it Search Engine friendly. Created Meta Tags and submitted the site to 36 Search Engines. The site is now placing on the first page (presently in the number 1 spot) of Yahoo & Google for the "reading and math delayed" search. Prior to fixing the site it did not place anywhere in the search engines even if you typed in the URL address. (150 Page Website)

May 1994 - May 1996 - Hycon Corporation - Allentown, PA - Head of Literature Deptartment

• Reorganized department. Color coded shelves and had a color coded key to make the literature easy to find when I was not there (this was a part-time position). There were over 100 pieces of literature that compiled our company catalog.
• Provided salesman with necessary training manuals. These manuals had to be assembled and manually bound on a spiral binding machine. I organized one set of shelves to stock 10 – 12 of each manual (15 different manuals). Since this position was part-time, I only worked until 1:00pm or 2:00pm. The salesman had access to the manuals even if I was not there.
• Corresponded with all customers and filled all literature requests.

May 1989 - May 1994 - Treher Office Products - Allentown, PA - Accounts Receivable Department

• Received all customer’s checks and matched to appropriate accounts.
• Applied all payments to the accounts on the computer.
• Totaled daily deposits, reported deposits to a secured phone line and took the daily deposit to the bank.
• Computed daily deposits and ran daily reports.
• Restructured the filing system (Hanging file and regular files) before leaving the position, at the request of Charlotte Assissi (my supervisor).
